Bookworms are Rewarded

“There is always a room for perfection” And in order to be perfect, reading is essential. The PD Department has organized several activities to celebrate the National Book Week. Drawing and design competition were organized in various categories. In addition, the school also rewarded the bookworms in each grade. The best two from Primary and Secondary school were rewarded with an MP 4 player. The bookworms are

The librarian has put up a poster in the library and asked students to write a comment on three books which are read the most. Those books are RANGER’S APPRENTICE- THE KINGS OF CLONMEL by John Flanagan, HARRY POTTER by J.K. Rowling, and THE DAVID BECKHAM ACADEMY by Bossy Boots and this is what the students have written

·         Ranger’s Apprentice is really interesting because it comes in series. Will, Halt & Horace are trying to stop the cult group and the story is quite adventurous.

·          Ranger’s Apprentice is totally off the hook and awesome. It rocks!

·          Ranger’s Apprentice is adventurous and exciting. John Flanagan really has wisdom to write these adventurous books…

HARRY POTTER by J.K. Rowling

·         Harry potter is one of my favorite books. It is so mysterious and exciting.

·          A brilliant book by J.K. Rowling

·         Harry Potter books are the greatest! J.K. Rowling really knows how to write good mysterious and adventurous books.

·         Harry Potter books are very adventurous and mysterious and exciting to read.

 

·         THE DAVID BECKHAM ACADEMY by Bossy Boots

·         The David Beckham is so fun!  The children having their time out with the greatest soccer player David Beckham. So interesting! Why don’t you try to read it yourself?
