Our policies ensure a safe, respectful, and high-achieving environment for every student at PNG Paradise College. Please review each section carefully.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

Regular attendance is essential for academic success. Students are expected to attend school every day unless unwell or with approved leave.

  • School starts at 8:00 AM - late arrivals must sign at office
  • Parents must notify school before 8:30 AM for absence
  • Medical certificate required for absence > 2 days
  • Minimum 90% attendance required for promotion
⚠️ Continuous unexcused absence may affect enrollment status.

  • Respect for staff, peers, and property at all times
  • Zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or discrimination
  • Honesty in academic work - no plagiarism
  • Follow teacher instructions and school rules

UNIFORM POLICY

Uniform reflects our pride and unity. Full correct uniform must be worn every day.

  • Formal uniform with school logo
  • Black shoes and white socks
  • No jewelry except small studs for girls
  • Sports uniform only on PE days

  • Step 1: Talk to class teacher
  • Step 2: Meet with Section Coordinator
  • Step 3: Formal written complaint to Principal
  • All complaints resolved within 5 working days
