    Dear Parents/Guardians,

As the academic year draws to an end , we reflect on the growth and achievements of our students and staff. This year has been a journey of learning and challenges enriching our school community. We are proud of the dedication shown by everyone. As we bid farewell to another year, we look forward to the opportunities and adventures that await in the coming academic term.

    GRADUATION CEREMONY

The annual Graduation Ceremony for Grades 6, 10, and 12 is scheduled for Dec 7, from 11:00 to 13:00 at Caritas Technical Secondary School. This significant event celebrates our students’ hard work and achievements across various fields. It’s not just a graduation; it’s a showcase of diverse talents and a testament to our students’ dedication and growth. Tickets for this momentous occasion are now available for purchase in the office at a cost of K10 each. We invite you to join us in honoring our graduates’ milestones and successes.

    FINAL WEEK

On Wednesday, Dec 6, students will receive their report cards. We urge parents to ensure that children attend school consistently until this date, as our commitment to teaching and learning remains steadfast right until the end of the term. Please note, there will be no school on Thursday and Friday due to the Graduation Ceremony and subsequent final wrap-up activities and special programs with teachers on Friday.

Looking ahead, the Academic Year 2024 is set to commence on Jan 29. We encourage parents to collect textbooks and uniforms for their children between Jan 15 and 27. Please be reminded that enrollment for the new academic year is still ongoing. The school will remain operational for the rest of the year, except for the holiday closure from Dec 23, 2023, to Jan 1, 2024.

    SUMMER SCHOOL

The Summer School program, designed to encourage personal growth and knowledge acquisition, offers a unique opportunity for your child to have an enriching summer break. NEW PARKING SPACE

We apologize for the early utilization of the new parking area, which is still under construction and consequently appears untidy. This premature use is intended to observe and analyze the flow of student movement, their behaviors while waiting for pick-up, and the dynamics of vehicle traffic. These observations are critical for developing a practical and effective parking policy based on real-life scenarios.

To facilitate this process, I have attached a guide outlining the proper way to park and use this area. Importantly, we request that all pick-ups and drop-offs now occur at this new location, rather than at the school gates. Your cooperation in this matter is crucial for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our school’s transportation. We appreciate your understanding of these temporary arrangements.

We appreciate your cooperation and support in ensuring a successful conclusion to this academic year and a smooth transition into the next. A Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in advance.

    Best regards,

    Safak DELIISMAIL
